I have more than twenty years experience working with fully remote multi-national teams developing complex systems spanning data gathering, analytics, reporting, web-sites and web-services. I've been the senior technical lead - with responsibilities including architecture, data protection and the GDPR, system security and monitoring and maintenance of significant code bases developed over decades.
In recent years I've been building up my skills and understanding of AI and LLM systems - including incorporating these into work practices, enhancing and dramatically speeding up application development, legacy code maintenance and incident response. I've also been working on projects building on integrating AI systems into applications including technologies like MCP services and automated agentic data flows.
